Bloom Holding has launched Al Hamra, the final phase of its Bloom Living development in Abu Dhabi, introducing the last collection of low-rise luxury residences and a new community centre. The move signals the completion of a major master-planned neighbourhood and sets a new benchmark for integrated living in the UAE capital.

Bloom Holding has drawn a line under its flagship Bloom Living project by launching Al Hamra, the final phase that brings the last batch of low-rise luxury homes and a new social heart to the Abu Dhabi development. With this move, the developer is closing out a multi-year masterplan that has already delivered thousands of homes and established a new standard for integrated communities in the capital.

Al Hamra is not just another residential cluster. It is designed as the central hub of Bloom Living, anchored by the new Al Hamra Souk-a community destination combining essential services, retail, and social spaces. The souk features a main plaza surrounded by cafés and restaurants, with views stretching across a multi-use amphitheatre to the development's signature lake. Residents will find daily needs covered on site, from a supermarket and medical clinic to nursery and veterinary services, eliminating the need to leave the neighbourhood for essentials.

Luxury homes with Mediterranean design and lake views

The final phase introduces a mix of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses, and a limited number of four-bedroom penthouses. Prices start at AED 865,000. The architecture draws on Spanish Mediterranean influences, blending classic forms with contemporary interiors flooded with natural light and finished in warm, natural materials. Select homes offer unobstructed views of the central lake and the wider community, targeting buyers seeking both privacy and a sense of place.

Al Hamra's location within the gated Bloom Living master community ensures residents benefit from high levels of security and privacy. The broader development includes interconnected parks, gardens, and access to the Wellness Village social club, which offers pools, sports facilities, and leisure amenities. Two international schools and places of worship are also integrated into the masterplan, aiming to serve families across generations.

Developer claims and project status

Bloom Holding CEO Carlos Wakim described Al Hamra as a "strategic milestone" for the company, positioning it as the beating heart of Bloom Living and a model for future integrated communities. He emphasised the developer's commitment to delivering on schedule, noting that earlier phases-Cordoba and Toledo-are already home to residents, with remaining phases progressing according to plan. The company claims over 6,000 homes have been handed over to date, with more than 20,000 units in the pipeline or under construction across its portfolio.

Bloom Living is located in Zayed City, near Zayed International Airport, and is classified as an investment zone, allowing buyers of all nationalities to purchase property. The developer's broader track record includes a portfolio of hotels, schools, and managed residential units, positioning it as a major player in the UAE's real estate and community development sector.

With Al Hamra, Bloom Holding is making a calculated play for the upper end of the Abu Dhabi property market, betting that demand for integrated, walkable communities with on-site amenities will continue to outpace generic apartment blocks. The company's willingness to invest in a central community hub and a diverse mix of homes signals a shift in how developers are responding to changing resident expectations. For buyers and investors, the final phase of Bloom Living offers a last chance to secure a home in a master-planned environment that prioritises convenience, privacy, and lifestyle-though only time will tell if the market rewards this level of ambition with sustained demand.
