Rixos Premium Dubai is rolling out 164 new luxury suites, from one to four bedrooms and a four-bedroom penthouse. The expansion targets families, long-stay guests, and travelers who want privacy, with sweeping JBR and Ain Dubai views plus new dining and wellness perks.

Rixos Premium Dubai is raising the bar for luxury stays with 164 new suites. Each one is built for a home-like feel and comes with wide views of JBR and Ain Dubai. This isn't just about more rooms. The hotel is going after families and guests who want privacy, flexibility, and longer stays. The move fits Dubai's push to grow as a top spot for tourism and business, following the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

The new suites range from one-bedroom layouts up to four-bedroom options, including a four-bedroom penthouse. Each suite has its own living space and big windows for the views. Guests get all the comforts of home, but with full hotel service. They have easy access to the hotel's dining, entertainment, wellness, and beachfront areas. This has been confirmed by Reuters and hospitality analysts.

Residential comfort with hotel perks

Every suite is made for space and privacy, but guests still have direct access to Rixos Premium Dubai's main facilities. The hotel lineup includes Godiva, Turquoise, Lock, Stock & Barrel, and Azure Beach. Guests can pick from a range of food and leisure options right on site. The hotel sits in the JBR/The Walk area, which Emirates News Agency (WAM) says is perfect for beachfront living and quick access to Dubai's city life.

Rixos Premium Dubai is planning more. Josephine, a Mediterranean-style restaurant, and Kapitol, a new social and entertainment spot, are on the way. Some suite guests will also get access to Studio X, a private wellness studio with personal training, Pilates Reformer classes, and recovery sessions using PENT equipment. This fits with the UAE's focus on wellness tourism and high-end hospitality, as shown in recent WAM reports.

Built for families and longer stays

The new suites are aimed at families, guests staying longer, and anyone who wants more privacy or flexibility in Dubai. The interiors feel like an apartment, but guests still get hotel service. This setup is for travelers who want freedom but don't want to give up luxury. The move also supports Dubai's push to bring in more foreign investment and long-term visitors, as promoted by the Dubai Media Office and seen in the city's strong hospitality growth.

Rixos Premium Dubai's expansion matches a bigger trend in the city. Hotels are changing to meet what guests want now. A recent report shows Dubai's property and hotel markets are seeing more demand for flexible, tech-ready, and experience-focused stays. Rixos is also growing in the UAE, with new projects on Saadiyat Island and Al Reem. The brand is sticking to luxury and all-inclusive stays, in line with UAE Vision 2031 and the government's plan for sustainable tourism.

By adding more suites and new wellness and dining options, Rixos Premium Dubai is moving to the front of this shift. The goal is simple: give guests a more home-like, personal experience without losing the energy and service of a full beachfront hotel. For Dubai's hotel market, this shows a clear move toward hybrid living that fits the city's changing and demanding guests.
