Dubai's hotels are filling up again. The 'Dubai Invite' campaign drew more than 90,000 residents to bring friends and family from abroad, lifting hotel occupancy to 66 percent and giving the city its best international visitor numbers since February 2026.
Several Dubai hotels are keeping their long-stay deals in place through October, holding monthly room rates at about AED 3,200 for up to three-star hotels. As occupancy rises and demand shifts, some of these offers are set to end soon as business and leisure travel picks up.
Rixos Premium Dubai is rolling out 164 new luxury suites, from one to four bedrooms and a four-bedroom penthouse. The expansion targets families, long-stay guests, and travelers who want privacy, with sweeping JBR and Ain Dubai views plus new dining and wellness perks.
