Address is rolling out three new luxury hotels in Dubai, Riyadh and Ras Al Khaimah. Each site will offer high-end rooms, waterfront or heritage settings, and a mix of dining and leisure options.

Construction crews are already at work. Address is moving ahead with plans for three new five-star hotels in the Gulf. The company is targeting Dubai, Riyadh and Ras Al Khaimah. Each location brings something different. Some sites are on the coast. Others sit in the heart of historic districts. The goal is clear. Address wants to blend waterfront luxury with city heritage. This push fits with the UAE's tourism drive under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. That plan aims to double Dubai's economy and boost its global standing for business and leisure, according to the Dubai Media Office.

The biggest project is Address The Bay. It is set to open in 2027 in Dubai's Beachfront district. The hotel will have 182 rooms and suites. Guests will find a 523-square-metre pool deck lined with cabanas. The property offers direct access to the beach. Six restaurants and lounges are planned. There will be all-day dining and a poolside club. The hotel aims to become a new hotspot for Dubai's changing coastal scene. Guests can walk to the beach. Dubai Marina's restaurants and shops are close by. Emirates News Agency (WAM) reports that Dubai's hotel sector has grown fast in recent years. Government spending on infrastructure and new rules have drawn more global operators and investors.

Address Diriyah is coming to Riyadh's historic Diriyah district. This area is turning into Saudi Arabia's main cultural hub. The hotel is expected to open in 2028. It will have 204 rooms and 60 serviced apartments. Six restaurants and a rooftop pool café are planned. The site will also include a spa, gym, meeting rooms, and family spaces. Guests will stay in the middle of a district where Saudi heritage meets modern hospitality. The project is part of the $63.2 billion Diriyah redevelopment. The plan is to turn Riyadh's birthplace into a top historical and lifestyle destination. Gulf Construction Online and Bloomberg have both covered the scale of this transformation.

Ras Al Khaimah will get Address Al Marjan Island. This hotel is also set for 2028. It will bring 196 rooms and suites to one of the UAE's fastest-growing coastal spots. The resort is built around its waterfront. There will be three pools, including a 614-square-metre family pool. A 1,155-square-metre pier lounge will look out over the sea. Dining, wellness, and family activities are at the core. The aim is to give holidaymakers a calm escape and a new view of the Emirates. Al Marjan Island is quickly becoming a tourism magnet. The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort is under construction and valued at $5.7 billion, as Gulf News reports. The island now draws nearly two-thirds of off-plan apartment buyers in Ras Al Khaimah. That shows strong investor interest and faith in the emirate's tourism plans.

Dubai's hotel scene keeps changing. New luxury hotels are reshaping the city's coast and lifestyle. Address The Bay will add another high-end choice to a busy shoreline. Developers are racing to meet demand from locals and visitors. The trend matches what's happening in other sectors, as reported earlier. Dubai's pull for global wealth and investment is driving new projects. The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has also seen more foreign investment in hotels and real estate. That is helping Dubai grow even faster.

Address is betting on three very different markets at once. Dubai's waterfront, Riyadh's heritage core, and Ras Al Khaimah's leisure coast each have their own draw. The company wants to reach a wider range of Gulf travellers. For Dubai, Address The Bay will heat up the race among luxury hotels. The city's reputation for bold hospitality and lifestyle keeps rising. The competition is on.
