KHDA

1 article
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority is the Dubai Government regulator for private education, covering private schools, early-childhood centres and higher-education institutions within its remit. KHDA oversees licensing, inspection, education policy and public information used by families, students and providers in Dubai.

Parents and students encounter KHDA through school inspection reports, fee and regulatory information, education-provider approvals and guidance on the private-education system. Its role is regulatory rather than that of a school operator, so institution-specific admissions and curriculum decisions remain with the individual provider.
