Empower 1 article

Empower, formally Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation, is a Dubai district-cooling provider serving large residential and commercial networks. Its infrastructure supplies chilled water to connected developments including Business Bay and Jumeirah Lakes Towers, with central plants, metering and customer billing forming the service model.

For residents, owners and businesses, Empower matters when a building uses its cooling network and requires a customer account, consumption billing or service support. The relationship is property-specific: district cooling is separate from DEWA electricity and water, and not every Dubai building is connected to the same cooling provider.
